Parents create and manage student profiles. Tutors provide profile information to offer educational services. We use your information to create accounts, arrange tutoring, communicate with you, provide customer support, improve our services, protect our platform and comply with legal obligations. We may use location permission to help connect parents with tutors and notification permission to send booking and account updates. We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with tutors, parents, service providers assisting us, or authorities where required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect information but cannot guarantee absolute security. Users may request account deletion by contacting skillwithschool@gmail.com. Certain information may be retained where required by law. Children should not independently create accounts. Parents or guardians are responsible for student information. Skill with School connects parents with tutors for educational services including home tutoring and related learning support.
Parents and tutors must provide accurate information and keep passwords confidential. Password reset is available through email OTP.
Bookings depend on tutor availability and confirmation.
Available payment methods shown in the app apply. Currently services may be payable in person where applicable. Future online payment methods may be introduced.
Parents should supervise children appropriately and provide a safe environment. Tutors must act professionally and respectfully. Students must use the platform only for educational purposes.
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All platform content belongs to Skill with School or its licensors.
Users must not misuse the platform, impersonate others, upload unlawful content or attempt unauthorized access.
Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse or violation of these Terms.
Educational outcomes vary. Skill with School does not guarantee grades, examination results or admissions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, if any.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
